SIDING COST FOR YOUR HOME

Approximate price calculation for a typical 2500 sq ft house:

  • Vinyl siding will cost around $6-7 per sq ft, for the whole house will cost around $15,000 - $17,500.

  • James Hardie siding will cost $9 - $10 per sq ft, for an equivalent house, the cost is $22,500 - $25,000.

  • Cedar siding price is roughly $11 - $13 per sq ft, therefore the final price will be around $27,500 - $32,500.

Installation Process and how long does it take to reside a house?

  • Old siding removal and house inspection (2-4 days)

  • Repair and preparation. (2-4 days)

  • Siding Installation and paint. (5-12 days)

  • Waste removal. (1-2 days)

*Work is monitored daily, pictures taken of every step throughout the project.
